There are many child-friendly beaches where the little ones can splash and play in the shallow water. In addition, theme parks such as Gardaland and Canevaworld, which offer exciting attractions and shows for children of all ages, will delight the whole family. If you're looking for something a little more active, you'll find plenty of hiking and cycling trails that are suitable for families and offer breathtaking views of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
Excursions for the whole family
If you want to relax on a trip on and around Lake Garda, you should use one of the scheduled boats. Fast hydrofoils and catamarans provide quick connections between the various shore towns, while a trip on a slower motor vessel allows you to enjoy the atmosphere of Lake Garda at your leisure.
Parco Natura Viva is a modern zoological garden that has taken an active role in species conservation over time. The responsible role that the park plays in its function as a centre for endangered species is both ambitious and appealing. Nowadays, one of the original tasks of the modern zoological garden is the preservation of biodiversity under the most diverse aspects.
The park is open daily.
The thermal park on Lake Garda contains everything that is beneficial for body and soul. Especially in spring and autumn, a visit can work wonders. The anti-inflammatory water of the "Villa dei Cedri" is an alkaline mineral water (Ph 7.8) with a high bicarbonate, calcium, silicon and magnesium content.

"La Molinalda" is a paradise for families. Children are very welcome here and have plenty of space to run around. A small football field and a volleyball court await the older ones in the middle of the apple orchard, and the little ones have a swing and a large sandbox. You can jump on our trampoline and play table tennis. If you bring your bikes, you can store them in our large garage.

One of our guests' favourite places is the inviting garden with pool. Especially when the temperatures are high, it is wonderful to refresh yourself here. The spacious pool area with sunbathing lawn, sun loungers and parasols is also a highlight of your holiday on Lake Garda for the children.
